Wallmaax Optimaa Plus Ultimate Exterior Emulsion is a premium acrylic emulsion based paint with non-added mercury that possesses superior external durability. It protects and retains the exterior beauty of buildings that are constantly affected by the extreme weather conditions. Wallmaax Optimaa Premium Plus is water, alkali, and dirt retardant. It possesses anti-algal / anti-fungal properties, UV protection, high hiding capacity (HHC) and anti fading formula (AFF). It gives a smooth long lasting sheen finish to the exterior walls.

- Keep surface clean and dry. Remove dust, dirt, grease and any flaking paint from the surface and sand to smooth. Ensure there is no algae or moisture on the wall.
- Algae or fungus on walls to be removed by high pressure wash or coir brush and to be treated with anti-fungal solution
- For best result apply one coat of Wallmaax Exterior Cement Primer, allow it to dry for 6-8 hrs and then apply 2-3 coats of Wallmaax Optimaa Premium in a duration of 4-6 hrs.
