- Keep surface clean and dry. Remove dust, dirt, grease and any flaking paint from the surface and sand to smooth. Ensure there is no algae or moisture on the wall.
- For best result apply one coat of Wallmaax Cement Primer, allow it to dry for 6-8 hrs and then apply thin coats of Wallmaax Acrylic Wallputty to smoothen the surface. After drying for 4-6 hrs sand the surface with water paper 180, wipe clean and apply another coat of primer and allow drying for 6-8 hrs then sand the surface again with water paper 320 or 400 and wipe clean. Thin Wallmaax StainEx emulsion with 30-40% clean water and apply wth brush followed by rolling with sponge roller. Apply 2-3 coats with brush and roller with an interval of 4-6 hrs.
